Adf Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2013, inter alia, to consider, issuance and allotment of equity shares to the promoter group consequent to exercising their option to convert warrants allotted to them on preferential basis on July 29, 2011.
Adf Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2013, considered and approved the allotment of 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lakhs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- at an issue price of Rs. 65/- to the promoter group consequent to exercising their option to convert balance 18,00,000 warrants out of 20,00,000 warrants allotted to them on preferential basis on July 29, 2011. The said allotment has been done in compliance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. The first tranche of 2,00,000 warrants was converted into equivalent number of equity shares on March 28, 2012.
